You must focus your thoughts on what you really want in life. In other words, you must choose the things, circumstances, situations or experiences that you deeply desire- knowing that "desire is the first step in the action cycle.
Without desire, nothing happens. Without desire, the universe and the planet on which we are living would not have been created. Without desire, you would not exist. Where do desires come from? Desire comes forth as an activity of your Higher Self, stirring you up to realize that It wants to do more for you through you. When you want something that cannot hurt you or anyone else, and will bring good into your life, it is your spiritual Self tugging at your heart's door - trying to get your attention.

Bring your desires to mind in quite mindful times, also casually throughout the day when you happen to think of it. In this way it becomes an integrated part of your life, it becomes more of a reality for you, and you become clear.
Your desires are real - grow them in manifestation.

Yoga Breath
Increases oxygen supply. Re-establishes the body's own natural rhythm. Helps you to acquire an optimistic and calm mind. Meditative breathing can bring about a great change in both your physical and mental state and serve as a step toward spiritual unfolding.

Breathing Centering Meditation

  • This breath can be done in a comfortable seated position or cross-legged on your floor.
  • Let your body relax close your eyes, or softly glaze at an object with out moving your eyes (still your eyes)
  • Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose for eight seconds.
  • Pull your stomach in during this breath.
  • Hold your breath: for eight
  • Exhale slowly through your nose for eight squeezing outs all the stale air.
  • Let your stomach expand forward when exhaling and counting your eight
  • To maintain your rhythm: inhale for a count of 8, hold your breath for 8, and exhale for the count of 8.
  • Repeat 5 times

Affirmation

I am one with the rhythm of the Universe....and I'm directed to my highest good.
